A win for Ask at the inaugural NW PROPS Awards

The inaugural Variety North West PROPs Awards took place last week where Ask Real Estate was amongst eight property professionals and organisations which were celebrated for their outstanding achievements in the Property industry.

Winning the Sustainability Award for the Government Property Agency's hub at First Street in Manchester City Centre which is due to complete in summer 2023, the event raised over £200,000 for children's charity, Variety and was hosted by England and British Lions rugby legend Martin Bayfield.

With sustainability at its heart, and achieving Net Zero Carbon in operation, this next phase of development will continue to expand the First Street Estate, bringing around 2,500 staff to the area when the GPA take occupation in early 2025.

In addition to BREEAM Excellent, the building will achieve NABERS 5.5* which is the highest level of environmental performance in use.
