Neil Pickup wins the 2023 BCO Northern Committee Chair’s Award

We are thrilled to congratulate Neil Pickup on being awarded the 2023 BCO Northern Committee Chair’s Award at last week's celebration dinner held in Manchester City Centre.

The regional chair’s award is a discretionary award to recognise an outstanding contribution to the property industry and in his speech, current Chair, Jon Moister, commented on Neil’s unswerving commitment to overseeing over £500m of high quality developments whilst his ability to overcome obstacles, build relationships and successfully steer strategic partners in the direction they need to go, has delivered significant regeneration benefits across the North.

Commenting on being awarded the Regional Committee Chair Award Neil said: “I am deeply honoured and humbled to accept this award. It’s received on behalf of my wonderful colleagues at Ask and our trusted investors and consultancy partners with whom we have been quietly delivering some of the best in class regeneration places and buildings for the future.

We’re passionate about regeneration in the regions and in particular Manchester, and I’m sure that the buildings we leave will stand the test of time and position Manchester as the UK’s true second city.

We are certainly proud of our developments and the regeneration enshrined with them and I’m very grateful to the BCO North for this award.”
