Jonathan joined Ask in the autumn of 2007. He was appointed to the Board and became a shareholder two years later.
With over twenty years of experience, Jonathan qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994, and has worked both in practice and industry.
During his time with Ask, Jonathan has driven the business forward by providing leadership on the finance and accounting strategy and worked closely with the Group’s funders at both a corporate level and on a project level, to ensure the company’s financial performance is in line with expectations for delivering the company’s business plan.
Jonathan completed the refinancing which took the Group back under individual shareholder control and plays a key role in negotiations with investment advisors to ensure the most effective funding strategy to deliver the company’s portfolio is achieved.
